Ancient Grain Pancake Mix

Everyone loves pancakes and waffles, but they are generally the worst type of insulin-spiking, energy-sapping breakfast. Not these. INGREDIENTS: Whole fresh stone ground organic spelt, kamut and oat kernels; organic dried cane juice;

Our mixes are made in our own dedicated workshop free of nuts, peanuts, dairy and animal products.

BASIC PREP: preheat griddle to medium • in a mixing bowl: beat 3 eggs • add 2 tbsp melted butter,
 1 tbsp olive oil, 1¾ cups plain yogurt, 
1 cup milk; whisk smooth • gently stir in package contents DO NOT OVER-MIX • batter will be thick, ladle into pan, spread gently before pancake sets • great for waffle makers too • freezes well
