All Oatmeal Cookie Mix

If you love oatmeal cookies, these will blow you away. C The end result is a rustic oat delight. So good we usually make them up plain, but they do great in all kinds of variations. And so quick and easy to prepare...makes a great little after-school baking project. Delicious and truly wholesome cookies you'll love to give out for snacks and treats.

Our mixes are made in our own dedicated workshop free of nuts, peanuts, dairy and animal products.

BASIC PREP: preheat oven to 350˚F • in a mixing bowl, beat 2 eggs • add ½ cup melted butter, 1 tbsp olive oil (optional 1 tsp vanilla or ½ tsp cinnamon); whisk smooth • gently stir in entire contents; let stand 30 min or more to stiffen • spoon onto 2-3 cookie sheets bake 12-15 min • finished goods freeze beautifully • Makes 24-36 cookies • Baking Tips • Recipes
