Ancient Grain Muffin Mix

Got a mill at home? Make your own GRAINSTORM Ancient Grain Muffin Mix!

Ingredients

  • 255 g (9 oz) organic spelt kernels
  • 85 g (3 oz) organic Kamut® kernels
  • 60 g (2 oz) organic oat groats
  • 4 tbsp organic cane sugar
  • 2 tbsp organic Sucanat®
  • 2 tsp baking powder (non-GMO)
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp sea salt


Directions

  1. weigh out grains and mix together evenly
  2. mill 90% at finest setting, last 10% med-coarse
  3. add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly

Use this homemade GRAINSTORM mix in any of the recipes where you would use ours.
