Our mixes are made in our own dedicated workshop free of nuts, peanuts, dairy and animal products.
BASIC PREP: preheat 400˚F (muffins) or 375˚F (loaves) • in mixing bowl: beat 2 eggs well • add ¼ cup butter melted, 2 tbsp olive oil and 1¾ cups plain yogurt, whisk smooth • stir in package DO NOT OVER-MIX * grease pan, bake 15-20 min for muffins, 25-35 min for loaves DO NOT OVER-BAKE • freezes beautifully. I love the muffin mix! The grains give the muffins a satisfying texture, and the added ingredients the assurance that I am getting good nutrition and not just a lot of empty calories. So far I have added only blueberries, but would like to experiment with some of your recipes.
My wife prepared these very recently and they were just fabulous. We added blueberries to the recipe and they are an excellent muffin.
