Our mixes are made in our own dedicated workshop free of nuts, peanuts, dairy and animal products.
BASIC PREP: preheat 400˚F (muffins) or 375˚F (loaves) • in mixing bowl: beat 2 eggs well • add ¼ cup butter melted, 2 tbsp olive oil and 1¾ cups plain yogurt, whisk smooth • stir in package DO NOT OVER-MIX * grease pan, bake 15-20 min for muffins, 25-35 min for loaves DO NOT OVER-BAKE • freezes beautifully. I love the these products. We regularly use the muffin mix and pancake mix. They are delicious and health to boot! We purchase in bulk and get a discount and free shipping! The muffins are moist and the pancakes are fluffy and easy to make. I make them in bulk and freeze them for quick breakfast or snack but using the toaster to reheat them. Excellent products and they are local and I love supporting Canadians!

I find these to be a much better option for eating more healthy and they taste wonderful... Myself, I add a few extras like blueberries or cranberries or walnuts or all so each batch is a bit different...
These muffins are so good and nice to keep on hand for when I'm feeling like baking something.
